JIMMY
ABOUT
Jimmy is a short and stubby middle-aged man who is part of The Futurists, a robot building business. He has white hair, a blue-ish top hat and coat, gray pants, black shoes.
He loves animals and nature. Like Jeremiah, he is an engineer and can build robots.
He lived in Cambridge, MA until an incident in 1994. He and his brother Jeremiah moved to an abandoned warehouse in Friendship city shortly afterwards.
He likes black coffee.
BACKSTORY
Jimmy was a student. He grew up in an upper middle class family near Boston with his brother Jeremiah and parents Jackson and Janet. They both went to Fochwich College to study engineering. In the later stages of his undergraduate studies, his parents divorced. His mother was impoverished and resorted to a sketchy drug dealer for antidepressants. The drug dealer gave her addictive drugs instead, which eventually lead to her suicide a few days before Jimmy's graduation.
A few years later, during Jeremiahs' graduate studies at Fochwich College, Jeremiah found a flareon and told Jimmy that he found a flamethrower. He drives to the campus labs to study it with Jimmy, but the flareon escaped the car. The flareon went to Rocket's house and rang the doorbell. One of Rocket's roommates opened the door and called the flareon "a dumb stray". This made the flareon mad, and it set fire to the house. Jeremiah, who was friends with Rocket, was enraged. He violently beat the flareon to death. Jimmy, an animal lover, witnessed the flareon's brutal death. Since then, he has had PTSD and becomes uneasy around orange animals.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
2016
CoMo made Jeremiah and Jimmy as villain characters. They did not have names at this time.
2020
CoMo drew them a few times.
2022
In summer 2022, CoMo wanted to use them as villain characters. They are now main characters in the 1659 comic series.
2023
In August 2023, CoMo and CoJu developed Jimmy's backstory since they were making the A series, which was supposed to be about character backstories.
