ABOUT
Noel is a sprigatito. Clearly, his appearance differs greatly from a canon sprigatito. How peculiar! I could literally just say this is some random fucked up cat. Anyways, his main fur color is some sort of warm green. His secondary fur color is a shade of darg green, which applies to his five leaf clover pattern on his face and torso, and the markings on his hands and feet. He has red eyes. He has pink paw pads.
Additionally, he is regularly seen wearing his red jacket. He does in fact have other clothes, but the red jacket is his favorite one. Why? Well, just look at it. It looks awesome. The jacket is made of some sort of smooth material. It utilizes a zipper, and its zipper handle resembles Bill Cipher. I bet you didn't see that one, CoJu.
His personality can be described as reserved and optimistic. So, like, he is reserved. What does that even mean? Well, if you search up the definition online, you will find out that he prefers "to keep their thoughts and ideas to themselves". We also know that he is optimistic, which means that... like... you know.
He lives somewhere in Evergreen with his boyfriend Ryder. I really wish I knew his address, zip code, city, and county.
He has a pet fish. Speaking of fish, he likes fish sticks. He also likes garlic bread and crooisionts with jalapenos on top.
He smokes weed because he is a sprigatito. Since marewana is illegal in Evergreen, only Ryder knows that he smokes weed.

Ryder is Noel's boyfriend. That's all I know. I do not know where they first met or anything.

Best Friend
Plubo is Noel's best friend. In fact, they're such best friends that Plubo wears a green bracelet to forever remind her of Noel. Wow! Does Noel have any such accessory? Uh... I don't know. Let me make something up on the spot. So, basically, Plubo gifted Noel the red jacket that he always wears. There we go.
BACKSTORY
Noel was born in Canada. Where in Canada? Ontario, of course. Where in Ontario? I don't know. He then moved to Arthur City shortly before starting elementary school.
He became best friends with Plubo while going to school with her.
He moved to Evergreen when he was an adult.
He used to have a poo bunny named Plorp. It passed away on October 16, 2024, due to complications.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
2022
In April 22, while CoMo and CoJu were probably not but could have been alone in the park, they decided to make two new characters. Like how Liam was to Martha at the time (essentially a pet), CoMo and CoJu wanted to make pets for two "genderbent Martha" characters, one of them named Theodore, that were made in 2019. These new characters, illustrated by CoJu, became Plubo, a zorua from memory, and Noel, a sprigatito from memory.
CoMo named him Noel after Noel Gallagher, co-frontman of Oasis. This is to mirror how CoMo named Liam after Liam Gallagher in 2019.
CoJu's resulting drawing of Noel was very strange. It seemed like he had a detachable head and paws. This would be Noel's main design feature until August 2024.
On May 5, 2022, CoJu made the right drawing seen above.
2023
On August 13, while attempting to make a character page for Noel on the old sribbles site, CoMo had to draw Noel digitally. Noel still only existed on paper at the time. No. Wrong. There is very obviously a digital drawing of Noel from the previous year. But CoMo and CoJu forgot about it. So CoMo drew Noel so horrendously badly. Holy fuck.
2024
In August, while Plubo was being developed, CoMo and CoJu also tried to develop Noel. They did not like the detachable head idea for Noel. CoJu redeigned Noel (NOT Biek) and made a sketch of him on August 8. A drawing was made from the sketch by CoMo on September 22.
On September 23, CoMo decided that Noel was born in Canada, since he put the flag of Canada in the September 22 drawing.
On September 27, CoJu thought that Noel was Japanese. Therefore, Noel is now Japanese. But is he? CoMo nor CoJu did anything about this information. We will never know.
On October 2, CoMo ate fish sticks with tartar sauce and garlic bread. Now Noel likes them too.
On October 4, CoMo confirmed that Noel likes to suck dick.
On October 12, while thinking about when a sribble comic was taken pleace, CoMo and CoJu decided that Noel's pet poo bunny Plorp died on October 16, 2024, because that is the next time they were going to draw together.
On October 14, it was established that Plorp was executed by cat. On the same day, CoMo relistened to a song that he listened to in 2020, The Mummers' Dance by Loreena McKennitt, and felt like Noel would like it.
On October 29, CoMo remembered that he used to often eat croisonts with sliced jalapenos on top... in early 2022. Since, at this point, Noel was essentially used for CoMo to projecting his early 2022 self onto him, CoMo made Noel like jalapeno croissonts too. CoMo also established that Noel's red jacket was gifted to him by Plubo. How nice!
2025
On January 7, while CoJu was providing Star and Teddy a novel dish, CoMo asked it if it knew a language that used a single word to describe the English words "evaporate" and "melt". This got CoMo thinking about the study of linguistics. He had watched videos on the subject in early 2022. As a result, CoMo decided to make Noel have an interest in linguistics.
Additionally, CoMo remembered that he also watched the Adam Ragusea YouTube channel heavily in early 2022. As a result, CoMo decided to make Noel like cooking.
