ABOUT
Nolan, or Kyle, or Oreo, is a fox who lives in Brownsfield, Arthur City. He has green eyes, green hair with a ponytail, black fur with patterns of white and a secondary black, and white pawpads. He is 5'3.
Since he is 5'3, which is extremely and embarrassingly short, he doesn't like having jokes being made about him being short. Most short people probably wouldn't either. But Nolan doesn't like it extremely, dude. He is like, so insecure, gurlll!
He works as a government agent and is most focused on catching a criminal group in Snowstorm, Capwich County, Evergreen.
He is friends with Crab Jayden, a hitman for Reba and Axel, who are criminals in Snowstorm. This relationship causes problems. Crab doesn't know that Nolan is an agent and Nolan doesn't know that Crab is a hitman for criminals.
Most people call him Nolan, but others, such as Crab, calls him Kyle.
He is Rocky's boyfriend. Rocky always calls him Oreo, or her "little Oreo". Therefore, Oreo became another nickname for him. Rocky also calls him "Agent" when they're doing intimate things together. Rocky knows that Nolan is an agent.
This relationship also causes problems, because Rocky has an employee, Zilly, who is an alien refugee from Planet Coju, and US president Chobida Petworth issued all agents to execute any aliens they see. Therefore, Rocky has to keep Zilly's existance a secret to her little Oreo.
Nolan is usually only referred to as Oreo by Rocky. Liam, who works at Rocky's store, calls him Oreo because it's what Rocky calls him. Liam doesn't know his actual name.
Nolan thinks that Cypress is one of his close friends, but Cypress just wants government intel from him. Nolan isn't even supposed to disclose such information. This relationship is problematic, since it is one-sided.
His favorite food is croson in chocolate in a flask (CICIAF). These are only distributed by Mose's Xtreme Sinister Lab in Doe Spoolney, Friendship City. These Ciciafs are usually prepared by Comet. He also likes big spicy burgers.
He is transgender. He got his top surgery in 2021 at Halla-Oo Medical Center, the same hospital where Rocky was born. The two found out about their history with this hospital while they were having a walk in Halla-Oo.
When he stays at Rocky's place, he sleeps in the dungeon room (as illustrated in CoMo's 07/11/2024 drawing). Rocky sometimes does silly things to him, such as putting ketchup on him and opening the door. Rocky does not give him a red sleeping mask that melts onto a specific part of his chest.
He sleeps with Fishy, a blue fox plush that he's had since childhood. Fishy is quite beat up, since it is well used. Nolan says that Fishy gives him good luck.

EXTENDED INFORMATION
Very jumpy and easily startled. The worst thing he's ever done, outside of work, is swap Rocky's salt and sugar. In work, he's had to kill some people the government didn't like, but he tries to block that out.
Rocky always takes him to her band practice. He just sits in the corner and pretends he isn't scared one of Rocky's bandmates is going to shoot him. Yerp. Yuh 'erd dat raight. He is scared specifically of Rocky's bandmates. The circumstances of that are unknown.
Nolan is employed by the United States Government Agent Service, established by Jorge Bush in 2002.
Nolan convinced the state of New Yoursign, the main funder of Arthur City Transit, to fund a new bus route that goes between his and Rocky's neighborhoods. This became the bus route 52.
BACKSTORY
Nolan had normal and loving parents, but it didn't seem that way to him. Both of them worked tremendousley, so Nolan didn't see them often(?). Because his home life was just not spicy enough, he was the class clown at school. He was often bullied for that, because girls can't be class clowns.
His school life was pretty spicy. But in a bad way. He was often backstabbed by people he called his friends. This contributed in him to become paranoid. He had no one to go when major trouble occured. Except for one person...
Nolan had a mission to get an electron at a club owned by Glider Kawiestmoda's father, known as The Club. He couldn't handle The Club. Nolan went inside a janitor's closet and hid there. Rocky and Cypress, who were at The Club, decided to go in the closet to have a private talk about Rocky's previous concert with Apple Gary. They found Nolan in the closet, and for Rocky, and or Nolan, it was "love at first sight."
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
2024
On July 8, CoMo and CoJu played their American save of Tomodachi Life. CoMo noticed that a government agent with green hair was Rocky's boyfriend. This government agent character (GAC) was a humorous misinterperatation of an illustration of Cypress by CoMo in an A Series book. CoMo thought it would be funny if GAC being Rocky's boyfriend was canon.
On July 9, CoJu wanted to make GAC an animal. After roughly two minutes of thinking, CoJu decided to make him a fox, because foxes are liars, and so are government agents. Then, CoMo and CoJu decided to make his main color black because it would be in contrast to Rocky's bright colors.
Because CoMo always thought of the green haired agent to be a wimp, CoJu made Nolan a wimp too. Oh right. GAC has a name now. "Nolan" was chosen from two names: Nolan Gunby and Melwy Gunby. CoMo and CoJu were not going to make new Gunby characters. "Kyle" came from... Wait. I gotta tell you this first. CoMo and CoJu decided to make GAC, I mean Nolan, transgender, because they did not have any FTM characters. A few weeks earlier on the Artfight website, CoMo and CoJu were looking through the South Park tag and found a furry Kyle character who had top surgery scars. CoMo and CoJu thought this was extremely cool. In addition, CoMo and CoJu already had a character named Kyle, who was a right wing nut. CoMo and CoJu have another pair of characters with a similar dynamic who share a name: Terry the cat dragon and Terry the buizel. Therefore, CoMo and CoJu decided to make Nolan's first name Kyle. Alright... Time to talk about "Albalury". Let's just say... They were looking through the funny list.
Later that day, CoMo and CoJu decided that Nolan first met Rocky after Rocky and Cypress found Nolan counting brooms in the closet at The Club, since Nolan couldn't handle The Club.
On July 10, CoMo and CoJu came up with a tragic backstory.

On January 7, while listening to Because The Night by Pattie Smith, a musician from New Jersey, CoJu suggested that Nolan likes this song. CoMo said OK!. CoJu also sugggested that Nolan makes music purely by utilizing software and sends the songs he makes to Rocky. CoMo also said OK!.
