Peggy is a vaporeon. She has green horns and head fins. She usually wears a green tank top, black shorts, and green shoes.
They is a garbage truck driver for the Arthur City Sanitization Department, the same organization that abandoned a child in a pile of garbage with Bill Cipher.
He is the drummer for Counter Attack Force.

BACKSTORY
Peggy grew up in the borough of Sunnyside, Arthur City, with her sister Mioru and her father who is a leafeon. She may or may not have a mother. Her home was along Grass Street.
Like Mieoru, Peggy was given a horse related name at birth.
She went to Rowan Highschool in Rowan, Sunnyside County. Rowan may or may not be in Arthur City. Her sister's friend group was large, consisted of people of all grades, and two of them didn't even go to the same school. I'm not sure how this happened. The people in her sister's friend group were: Benny, Blubby, Cup, Chocolate, Misty, Chair, and Choke. Chair's name was not Choir.
Her sister regularly took the bus to school with her entire friend group. Now, you may be thinking... she took the Skewl Bus? NO! She took the city transit bus. Arthur City Transit route 89. It was a long route. I think it took about an hour to get to school. No one knows why any of them went to Rowan Highschool instead of a school that was closer to them.

There was an incident where her sister Mieoru somehow impregnated someone. I forgot who the poor victim was. It was very scandalous. If I remember correctly, this affected foreign relations and Joe Biden was involved. Wait. Not Joe Biden. I mean Rob Diddle.
